UPVC Profiles & UPVC Pipes
As leading UPVC profile suppliers in the UK, we manufacture rigid UPVC profiles from 5mm to 125mm wide, in lengths of up to 8 metres. With an extensive range of in-house tooling, we offer fast turnaround times and reliable production quality.
We stock and produce a wide selection of standard UPVC profiles, including decorative angle sections in 19mm, 25mm, 32mm, 38mm, and 50mm, as well as corner and channel sections.
Browse our listed profiles below, or contact us to see if we already have the tooling you need.

If you need pricing for a bespoke tool and UPVC profile then please give us a call to discuss.

We do not stock UPVC pipes and only make-to-order - we can cater for runs as short as 500m, and our turnaround is surprisingly quick.
UPVC (Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride) stands out as a variant of PVC characterised by its rigidity and contains no plasticisers. This composition gives UPVC pipes and profiles exceptional strength, durability, and longevity, making them the preferred material across various applications.
UPVC pipes are commonly used in plumbing and drainage systems, capitalising on their corrosion resistance and robustness against high-pressure conditions. On the other hand, UPVC profiles play a role in the construction sector, being used in window and door frames, as well as contributing to the furniture manufacturing industry.
The main difference between PVC and UPVC pipes is their composition. PVC pipes, which stands for Polyvinyl Chloride, contain a plasticiser that makes them flexible. In contrast, UPVC pipes, or Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride pipes, do not contain plasticisers, making them less flexible.
This rigidity gives UPVC pipes superior strength and durability compared to other types of plastic pipes. UPVC pipes have a higher tolerance for pressure and are resistant to corrosion, making them the preferred choice for demanding applications like plumbing and drainage systems, especially in situations with high-pressure requirements.
We employ the extrusion process to manufacture UPVC profiles and pipes. This involves heating plastic pellets or granules until they become molten, they are then passed through a die to create the desired shape. The hot profile is then cooled by air or water and cut into the desired size.
This method allows us to produce UPVC profiles with high repeatability and consistent quality.
